韩国首尔 2022 7 18 – Magnachip Semiconductor Corporation(以下简称 “美格纳”,NYSE:MX)当日宣布,公司推出了一款适用于无线耳机电池的新型 24V 金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管 (MOSFET)。

新型 24V MOSFET 可有效减少导通损耗,实现电池设计人员所期望的延长快充电池寿命的目标。这款新产品的核心元件密度相较先前版本提升了 30%,与此同时,核心元件、终端和源极焊盘的设计在原有基础上得到进一步增强,成功将 *RDS(on) 降低了 24%。

如此一来,即可大幅减少电池充放电时的导通损失,显著提高电池电路保护的整体效率。此外,这款 24V MOSFET 还采用了静电 (ESD) 保护功能,可以抑制高于 5V 的异常电压,提供最大 2kV 的 ESD 防护能力,实现强效的电路保护。得益于上述功能,这款 24V MOSFET 可以有效延长耳机电池的服务寿命。
